Recipe Thursday on Friday!!

Chicken Fajita

Usually I try new and exciting recipes, but I am going to honest I haven't made the time to really look and cook one.. However, I have been cooking up a storm..

So, I thought why don't I do one of the recipes that we eat quite often..

5 to 6 Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless) Cut into to thin strips

1 lime

1 pack of taco seasoning or you can use Fajita (I use Fajita seasoning)

1 pak of Tortilla wraps (we use spinach)

Shredded Cheese

After you have cut chicken place in baking dish with the freshly squeezed lime juice all over it and cook for 15 mins.  Just to insure the middle is almost done. Once your timer goes off place chicken in a frying pan with a half cup of water and your seasoning. Cook until done.

Heat up Tortilla wrap in oven wrap in tin foil and cook on 200 for 10 minsish..

Place chicken in wrap top with cheese. Wrap and serve..

My family loves these I cook them every other Thursday night..
